Jeremy Minamyer's 1949 Merc

Jeremy Minamyer is a Concord, North Carolina-based metal shaper who’s day job entails building and restoring the rarest vehicles on the planet. When he clocks out and comes home, he continues doing the same thing at his home shop.

As a boy in Youngstown, Ohio, his dream was to own a ‘49 Mercury after falling in love with his uncle Joe’s Merc.

Years later, after buying, building and selling car after car, he was able to purchase a rust bucket ‘49 Merc and build it into the car before us today.
